You can return Essentials products within 14 days of delivery if they’re unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

Exchanges are welcome if the item is available in your size.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we can offer store credit.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Due to the nature of our production process — with many items being made-to-order or printed in small limited batches — all Capsule Drops and Members-Only items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

These pieces are exclusive, limited, and produced with care.

We cannot guarantee exchanges for Capsule Drops or Members-Only products due to limited stock.

If we sent you the wrong size, wrong colour, or a faulty item, we will fix it — either by exchanging it (if available) or offering store credit.
